Il batterista dei THE POLICE, STEWART COPELAND è in Tour per presentare "STRANGE THINGS HAPPEN" sua autobiografia "con i Police, il polo e i pigmei" edita da Minimum fax. Il 24 giugno si è esibito alla Casa del Jazz di Roma.e ccanto al batterista, sono saliti sul palco sul palco anche tantissimi artisti italiani, coloro che hanno amato, e si sono formati, con i Police, tra gli altri, Niccolò Fabi, Max Gazzè, John de Leo, Vittorio Cosma, Gianni Maroccolo, Armand Sabal Lecco, Mauro Refosco ...

In occasione dell'uscita in Italia della autobiografia di Stewart Copeland per la casa editrice Minimum Fax, Strange Things Happen, si è tenuta il 24 giugno, alla Casa del Jazz. a Roma. una serata evento per celebrare uno dei musicisti più innovativi ed eclettici della scena musicale mondiale.
Batterista del trio rock più amato degli anni Ottanta, Copeland insieme a Sting e Andy Summers, ha conquistato un successo planetario: 50 milioni di dischi venduti, decine di primi posti in hit parade, concerti che hanno fatto registrare il tutto esaurito nelle arene di cinque continenti. E tuttora l'amore per i Police non accenna a spegnersi, dato il successo già riscontrato per l'attesissimo Strange Things Happen Tour.
